1. The service

X Article Markdown Paste ("the extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps you paste Markdown into the X (Twitter) article editor with auto-rendering. It is provided by IcyCat ("we", "us") as a one-time-purchase product.

2. License

Upon successful purchase, you receive a license key entitling you to install and use the Pro features of the extension on up to five (5) devices simultaneously. The license is perpetual unless explicitly revoked under section 5 below.

3. Pricing & payments

Prices are listed on the pricing section. Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). All sales are final except as described in our refund policy below.

4. Refund policy

If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by emailing lengkuxiaomao@gmail.com with your order ID. Once a refund is issued, your license is revoked and Pro features stop working.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the extension's source code beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key to third parties.
• Use the extension in a way that violates X's Terms of Service or applicable law.

License keys found shared publicly may be revoked without refund.

6. Disclaimers

The extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will function uninterrupted or error-free, particularly when X (Twitter) makes changes to its UI or backend. We aim to publish fixes within 24-48 hours of breakage but cannot commit to specific SLAs.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

8. Relation to X (Twitter)

This extension is an independent third-party product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or X / Twitter trademarks.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. 授权

购买成功后你将收到一个激活码，可用于在最多 5 台设备上同时启用扩展的 Pro 功能。激活码永久有效，除非根据下述第 5 条被吊销。

3. 价格与付款

价格列示于 价格页面。付款由 Creem（Merchant of Record）处理。除下述退款政策外所有销售均为最终销售。

4. 退款政策

若不满意，你可在购买后 7 天内邮件 lengkuxiaomao@gmail.com 附订单号申请全额退款。退款发起后激活码立即失效，Pro 功能停止。

5. 可接受使用

你同意不进行以下行为：

• 对扩展进行逆向工程、反编译或试图提取超出适用法律允许范围的源代码。
• 转售、再授权或向第三方分发你的激活码。
• 以违反 X 服务条款或适用法律的方式使用扩展。

被发现公开分享的激活码可能被吊销且不退款。

6. 免责声明

扩展按「现状」提供，不附任何形式的保证。我们不保证扩展运行不中断或无错误，尤其是当 X（Twitter）更改其 UI 或后端时。我们致力于在出现问题后 24-48 小时内推送修复，但无法承诺具体 SLA。

7. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们因扩展引起或与扩展相关的总责任不应超过你为激活码支付的金额。

8. 与 X（Twitter）的关系

本扩展是独立的第三方产品。我们与 X Corp. 或 X / Twitter 商标无关、未受其认可或赞助。

9. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款。顶部的「最后更新」日期反映最新版本。变更后继续使用扩展即视为接受新条款。
