1. The service

X Article Markdown Paste ("the extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps you paste Markdown into the X (Twitter) article editor with auto-rendering. It is provided by IcyCat ("we", "us") as a Free tier plus paid Pro license product.

2. License

Upon successful purchase, you receive a license key entitling you to install and use the Pro features of the extension on up to five (5) devices simultaneously. Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription; the license stays active while the subscription is paid. Lifetime early-bird licenses purchased before September 2026 remain valid.

3. Pricing & payments

Prices are listed on the pricing section. Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). Pro costs US$4.90 per month or US$49 per year (Alipay: ¥19 per month or ¥99 per year). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. All sales are final except as described in our refund policy below.

4. Refund policy

If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase by emailing lengkuxiaomao@gmail.com with your order ID. Once a refund is issued, your license is revoked and Pro features stop working.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the extension's source code beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key to third parties.
• Use the extension in a way that violates X's Terms of Service or applicable law.

License keys found shared publicly may be revoked without refund.

6. Disclaimers

The extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will function uninterrupted or error-free, particularly when X (Twitter) makes changes to its UI or backend. We aim to publish fixes within 24-48 hours of breakage but cannot commit to specific SLAs.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

8. Relation to X (Twitter)

This extension is an independent third-party product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or X / Twitter trademarks.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
